EGR delete blocks exhaust gas recirculation in software and clears related DTCs on the Bosch EDC17C46. Common when the EGR cooler fails or carbon-clogs the intake.
How to apply it
- Get a DaVinci Deluxe license (Standard 299€ lifetime, Pro 499€, Monthly 100.99€, Yearly 1009€).
- Read the BIN from your Bosch EDC17C46 via any OBD/bench tool (KESS, Autotuner, FoxFlash, MagicMotorsport).
- Open the file in DaVinci Deluxe, toggle EGR Delete, save the patched BIN. Checksum is auto-corrected.
- Flash the patched BIN back to the Bosch EDC17C46. Done.
